A Leadership and Development Certificate
from Heartland College in their chosen ministry area
College credits for classes taught by Heartland College professors/instructors
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University or a certification
Training, mentoring, and hands-on experience in ministry and academics to prepare them for full-time ministry or a marketplace career in their chosen calling/purpose
